KID’S TAE KWON DO
XTC offers TAE KWON DO classes for kids and young adults. Classes are structured to accommodate all belts levels. Kids will learn the importance of building self-confidence, self-esteem and respect. Sparring classes are also available. Enroll now as classes fill up fast!
KID’S AERIAL FITNESS
A fantastic skill that your kids will cherish for life! Aerial Fitness is being offered at XTC for Kids and Adults. Aerial Silk is is a type of performance in which one or more artists perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from a special fabric. Performers climb the suspended fabric without the use of safety lines, and rely only on their training and skill to ensure safety. They use the fabric to wrap, suspend, fall, swing, and spiral their bodies into and out of various positions.
KID’S JIU JITSU
XTC offers kids everywhere the chance to try this Martial Art. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a Martial Art discipline that uses grappling and ground-fighting techniques and teaches kids to be stronger, more confident, and less prone to bullies. The fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu focus on how a smaller, weaker person can defend against a larger opponent through the use of leverage and flexibility. Kids learn how draw strength and power from within to help them build confidence and self-esteem.
KID’S CAPOEIRA
The richness of content that the practice of CAPOERIA develops includes personal and social growth. It has been affirmed that CAPOEIRA can greatly contribute to the positive transformation of youth. The importance of CAPOEIRA for youth is not only in the historical and cultural content, but it also helps to develop physical qualities like: force, speed, muscular strength, balance and motor coordination. It can also help to develop the potential of each individual in their ability to learn in school and have a positive influence on their life in general.
